To ensure accurate, efficient, and timely delivery of prescriptions and medical supplies while maintaining compliance, patient satisfaction, and workflow efficiency.
PMH (Patient Medical Home): A coordinated care model in which Hartzell’s Pharmacy partners with healthcare providers to ensure medication adherence and patient support. PMH patients must live within the defined service area but are not charged a delivery fee.
LTC (Long-Term Care Facility): A contracted residential care facility that receives delivery service as outlined in its individual agreement.
Service Window: The scheduled timeframe in which deliveries are made to ensure timely arrival.
Stat Delivery: An urgent same-day delivery requiring pharmacist approval.
Delivery service is provided by Hartzell’s Pharmacy staff or third-party drivers. Someone 18 years or older may be required to sign.
Deliveries occur Monday through Friday. Orders must be placed at least two hours prior to closing for next-day delivery.
A $5 fee is charged for missed deliveries.

Patients who do not reside in a ZIP code eligible for delivery may:
• Have their order shipped for $12.95
• Pick up in the pharmacy during regular business hours, or
• Use the 24-hour kiosk for convenient pickup anytime.
Contracted LTC facilities will continue to receive delivery service as outlined in their contracts.

Please allow 2 to 4 hours for us to process your order.
Orders can be picked up between 10am and 6pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 2pm on Saturday. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.

We offer $12.95 flat rate shipping to customers in the United States outside of our local and extended delivery areas.
Note additional shipping charges may apply for specific products or volumes.
Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day using USPS.
We do not ship outside of the United States.
Some pharmacy items require special shipping and handling or may not be shipped to all locations. We will contact you if there is an issue with your order.
We reserve the right (in our absolute discretion) to refuse to supply any product that we consider may constitute a health hazard or to supply what we consider to be excessive or unnecessary quantities.
We may require you to provide additional verification of information prior to accepting any order. Your order is deemed to be accepted only when our pharmacy has received all the information we require from you.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in processing, pickup, shipment and delivery. If for any reason a product is not available, you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise you of any delay in delivering the product.
