The American Pharmacists Association recognized Vincent A. Hartzell, Pharm.D. for contributions to improving vaccination rates as an individual pharmacist practioner. The 2009 APhA Immunization Champion Award will be presented to Dr. Hartzell during APhA's Annual Meeting April 3-6, 2009, in San Antonio, Texas.
